People with convictions programme
We aim to leverage meaningful work as a tool for rehabilitation, reducing reoffending rates, and driving business success. People with criminal records face significant barriers to accessing good jobs. Evidence shows that meaningful work decreases reoffending rates and aids rehabilitation, while also adding value to the businesses.
We’re always looking for more people to partner with, from businesses and employers of all sizes, to charities and non for profits. For more information about how to get involved, contact harry.brown@re-generate.org.
The people with convictions programme is run by Wincaton.
